A publishing house for the immune.
We partner with independent creators to bring their work to market: books, zines, art prints, board games, video games, apparel, films, and whatever else you are making. We fund production, handle distribution, and share the revenue. No algorithms, no focus groups, just the work.
Our Philosophy
The Manifesto
We have an allergy to the sanitized, the corporate, and the algorithmically optimized. Modern creative industries run on risk aversion. Ideas get focus-grouped, platform-filtered, and smoothed into nothing. We reject all of that.
Art Allergy was born in the drafty lofts of Brooklyn and the damp brick arches of East London. We publish books, zines, art prints, board games, video games, films, and physical merchandise. Every project we back gets produced, distributed, and sold.
Selected Releases
Featured Catalog
Available through select independent retailers in NY & London and direct from our store.
Concrete Fever
by Cassidy Vance
A fragmented, stream-of-consciousness drift through Brooklyn's evolving industrial pockets. Explores structural decay, sensory overload, and late-night municipal sounds.
Corporate Solstice
by The Workshop
A two-player deck-building game set in a brutalist tower block during the longest night of the year. Players draft executives, trade memos, and negotiate hostile takeovers while racing to control the last functional elevator bank.
Outer Boroughs
by Noa Selassie
A suite of twelve risograph prints documenting the last remaining single-screen cinemas in Queens and the Bronx. Each print pairs the theater's marquee with a fragment of its original concession stand signage, shot on 35mm and scanned from hand-developed negatives.
Orbital Night
by August Chen & Sade Okafor
Five short films shot entirely along the London Overground's night service corridor. Each piece follows a different passenger through the same 3:12 a.m. route from Highbury & Islington to Clapham Junction, shot on Super 8 with original score by a rotating cast of Peckham-based composers.
